Engineered Air Balance Co., Inc. employees have been instrumental in starting the Associated Air Balance Council (1965 Charter member), developing the AABC Training Manual and developing and writing the AABC National Standard for Total System Balancing. Walt Lipski worked on the original version of the National Standards published in 1972.
Engineered Air Balance Co., Inc. employees are currently actively involved in AABC in the following roles:
- Gaylon Richardson is currently the chairman of the National Standards committee. This committee is currently revising the AABC Standard for Total System Balance – 2002 and should issue a new update in late 2013.
- David Harrell is currently the chairman of the Training committee. This committee is reviewing the Technician Training program and associated training materials. These materials are currently utilized by EAB as a tool in our technician training program, preparing our new technicians-in-training to become Certified Test, Adjust and Balance Technicians through the AABC.
