Vice President / Houston Branch Manager
After graduating from Louisiana Tech University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Justin started his career with the firm as a field technician. He developed keen insight into the complex systems required for K-12, healthcare and laboratory projects, and advanced to project manager.
Justin helped develop the company-wide commissioning program and is now the Commissioning Manager for the Houston branch. He helped design and oversee installation of our Houston testing laboratory, and he currently manages all testing and calibration activities for the office.
A licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas, Justin is a LEED Accredited Professional, an AABC certified TBE and an AABC Commissioning Group Certified Commissioning Authority. He is an ASHRAE Member and is actively involved in all of the national committees associated with Building Commissioning. He is also the current Chairman of TC 7.7 on Testing, Adjusting and Balancing and the current Secretary of Guideline 0: The Commissioning Process.
