It is my pleasure to announce a change in executive leadership at Engineered Air Balance Co., Inc. Effective April 1st, Kevin Underwood transitioned into the role of President of Engineered Air Balance Co., Inc., while, I, Gaylon Richardson, have transitioned into one of our Vice President roles. Kevin will continue to oversee the operations of our Dallas office in addition to corporate business. Justin Garner, Vice President, will continue to oversee the operations of our Houston office and our new Training Center. Justin will also have executive oversight of our San Antonio office which is managed by Daryl Norris.
It has been an honor to serve as president of this great company. I can truthfully say everyone at EAB makes this company outstanding to work for because of our dedication, teamwork, and how we uphold our vision.
My plans are to work full time into the summer of 2021 then transition into an advisory role on the Board of Directors. I also plan on staying active in AABC after I retire. It’s been an honor to work at the largest and most respected independent TAB/Cx company in the nation. Under our new leadership, we remain committed to being the best at what we do.
Kevin Underwood has served at EAB for 25 years. Kevin began his career with the company as a technician in training and quickly developed the skills required to advance to senior project manager in 2010, and Dallas Branch Manager in 2014. He became a Vice President in 2016 and was promoted to President on April 1, 2020. Kevin continues to lead with passionate integrity, is committed to ensuring quality and consistency to our clients, while being a reliable and constant teammate.
“It has been a privilege to have worked at EAB while growing and evolving through the years to become a leader in this company. I am honored to become the next President of EAB, and pledge to cultivate our commitment to our clients and employees to be successful in all endeavors.”Kevin W. Underwood, TBE
Thank you for trusting us with your TAB/Cx needs. My prayer is that God blesses each of you and your families and helps maintain everyone’s good health and safety.
Gaylon Richardson, TBE, CxA
