History at EAB

Guy began his EAB career as a Technician-in-Training in the Dallas office in 1991. Over the course of his 30 years at EAB, Guy has earned numerous promotions and is an AABC Certified Test and Balance Engineer. Guy has worn several different “hats” at EAB and currently serves as a Project Manager. He has been an instrumental leader within EAB and has trained numerous TAB professionals both in the classroom and in the field. 

For the last 20 years Guy has built and nurtured several important client relationships in the healthcare industry. His primary responsibility has been testing and balancing for Cook Children’s Medical Center, Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth and the American Airlines Headquarters. He has also contributed to the overall success of the EAB Team by developing numerous Sequence of Operation Verification forms and gaining extensive experience with Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric and Phoenix Controls.

Milestone Projects

In 1999, Guy served as project coordinator for the testing & balancing and the control verification of the Cook Children’s Medical Center MOB. This was a significant project as it began a tight knit partnership and Engineered Air Balance began documenting the control sequences. 

Guy later worked as the project manager for the Cook Children’s Medical Center South CUP and Tower Project. This particular project integrated two central utility plants to serve both existing and new buildings. Guy rose to the challenge of leading the project and successfully delivering an optimum operating facility.

Guy has also served as project manager for the testing and balancing of the American Airlines Headquarters buildings 1 and 2, as well as, the AA North Simulator Building. Witnessing the extensive training and state-of-the-art tolls at American, is one of his favorite on the job memories.

Guy has extensive experience in infection control isolation rooms, protective environment areas, surgery facilities and laboratories.
